A NEW WAY OF LIFE & UCLA LAW RE-ENTRY LEGAL CLINICS

A New Way of Life Re-Entry Project runs FREE monthly Re-Entry Legal Clinics in partnership with UCLA School of Law – Critical Race Studies Program.   These clinics focus on expungement, Prop 47 and Prop 64.  We also screen for issues with employment discrimination and occupational licenses.

Watts Clinic – 2nd Saturday of every month
Long Beach Clinic – 3rd or 4th Saturday of most months
9:30am – 2:00pm – Must arrive by 11:00am

Am I Ready?
You may qualify for Prop 47 or Prop 64 at any time! You may also qualify for expungement if you are not on probation, parole, or court supervision, and are not currently charged with any new offense.

What to Bring:
Please bring a copy of your complete and current court dockets, or your DOJ Rap Sheet. Call for information on how to get these documents. If you have a copy of a background check report given to you by an employer, please bring that along with your other documentation.
